Your enquiry data.

When you submit an enquiry, your name, contact details, project description, selected material details and attachments are stored in Cerasio’s private server-based enquiry register.

What is it used for?

The data is used to review your enquiry, contact you and prepare a quotation. It is not added to a marketing list.

Retention and access

Only people involved in handling enquiries can access the data. It is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation or to meet legal obligations.

Correcting and removing data

To access, correct or remove your data, write to info@cerasio.ee and include the enquiry reference if available.
